From Entrepreneur to International TV and Film Producer, Charlotte Fantelli Stuns at the Ferrari-Packed Premiere of Her Latest TV Series
Charlotte Fantelli, the dynamic entrepreneur turned international TV and film producer, captivated the automotive and entertainment worlds alike with the premiere of her latest television series, Car and Country Quest. Held at the Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena, Italy, this glittering event marked a career highlight for Fantelli, who both produced and directed the six-part TV travel and automotive show. Surrounded by nearly a billion dollars’ worth of priceless Ferrari hypercars, the premiere celebrated not only the essence of speed and luxury but the brilliance of Fantelli’s journey.
Speaking exclusively to The Hollywood Magazine, Fantelli reflected on the significance of launching her show in such an iconic venue, saying, “As a child, I had posters of Ferraris on my wall. Cars symbolized freedom for me, and the iconic red Ferrari represented passion, speed, and success. To be launching a TV series I produced at the home of Ferrari is a dream come true.”
A Dazzling Production in Collaboration with Industry Icons
The series, presented by Branded Studios and Searchlight Productions, follows the adventures of Deepak Narendran, Freddie Hunt, and Ashique Tahir, as they traverse some of the world’s most beautiful landscapes in a quest to combine their love for travel and cars. Guided by the vision of creator Deepak Narendran, Fantelli brought the series to life, showcasing the best of travel and automotive culture, from the backwaters of Kerala to the lakes of Switzerland.
Fantelli expressed gratitude for the collaboration that made the show a reality, saying, “It was Deepak’s vision that drove this project. His passion and the ambitions we shared carried us through the challenges of creating a show of this magnitude. I’m incredibly blessed to have worked with such an amazing team.”
Inside the World of Ferrari: A Once-in-a-Lifetime Experience
The show’s grand finale takes the hosts deep into the heart of Ferrari’s headquarters in Maranello, where they meet Mathias Lauda (son of Niki Lauda) and Freddie Hunt (son of Formula One legend James Hunt). The foursome offers viewers a rare, behind-the-scenes look inside Ferrari’s top-secret factory and design center, guided by none other than Flavio Manzoni, Head of Design.
“For a Ferrari enthusiast like me, meeting Flavio Manzoni was akin to meeting Taylor Swift for a music fan. These people are the real-life rock stars responsible for creating the finest cars in the world,” said Fantelli.
From ‘Hunt Vs Lauda’ to Car and Country Quest — Fantelli’s Formula for Success
This isn’t the first time Fantelli has worked with Freddie Hunt. In 2022, she directed the documentary Hunt Vs Lauda: The Next Generation, where Hunt and Lauda Jr. raced head-to-head at Donington. Fantelli has built a reputation for blending adrenaline-fueled storytelling with human connection, making her one of the most sought-after producers in the world of automotive entertainment.
A Woman in Tune with the Automotive World
Branded “a woman who knows what men want,” Charlotte Fantelli doesn’t shy away from humor, stating, “I’m not sure if it’s because I’m in tune with men’s desires or because I have the personality of a teenage boy! I’ve always loved speed, cars, and sports — and I’m lucky enough to call it work.”
As Fantelli continues to break barriers in the male-dominated automotive industry, there’s no doubt this is just the beginning. With the upcoming release of Car and Country Quest on Apple TV, the world is eagerly awaiting her next move.
