Big Time Rush’s Logan Henderson is recovering after a sudden on-stage injury sent him to the hospital during the group’s tour stop in Kraków, Poland. The incident occurred on Thursday night during their high-energy performance of “Love Me Love Me,” when Henderson collided with a set piece while sliding down the stage, resulting in a deep knee cut severe enough to require emergency treatment.

Shortly after the show, Henderson addressed fans through a video shared on both his personal and the band’s Instagram Stories. “Hey, Kraków, thank you for a great show,” he said. “Sorry I couldn’t stay to finish, I was having a little too much fun, so I hit my knee pretty bad and had to get taken to the emergency room.”

Despite the scare, the 34-year-old singer offered a reassuring update, mentioning that he was in good care and expected to recover quickly. “I’m doing okay, and they’re fixing me up, so I should be better in no time,” he continued. “It’s gonna be good, we’re gonna put some stitches in there… Love you guys, and I’m doing all right.”

According to TMZ, the injury occurred when the group — which includes Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow, and Carlos PenaVega — performed their signature slide during the number, but Henderson’s leg struck part of the staging, causing his knee to “bust wide open.” The outlet also reported that Henderson intends to rejoin the tour as soon as possible.

Big Time Rush is currently in the middle of the European leg of their Big Time Rush in Real Life Worldwide tour, with upcoming performances scheduled for Prague and Berlin. The group has been tapping into fan nostalgia by performing every song from their hit Nickelodeon series. “We truly have the best fans in the world,” the band said earlier this year in a statement announcing the tour. “We wanted to give them everything they’ve always asked for… every song from every episode of the TV show.”

The band — known for hits such as “Boyfriend,” “Halfway There,” and “Worldwide” — originally rose to global fame through their four-season Nickelodeon series. After releasing three albums and taking a hiatus in 2013, they reunited in 2021 with new music and continued momentum, culminating in their 2023 studio album Another Life. A Big Time Rush movie is also in development, adding to the excitement surrounding their ongoing comeback.
