Addison Rae Says She Will ‘Never Forget’ Lana Del Rey Inviting Her Onstage to Sing ‘Diet Pepsi’ at Wembley Stadium

Addison Rae is living her pop star dreams—and they’ve never felt more real than under the glowing lights of London’s iconic Wembley Stadium.

The 24-year-old singer and social media sensation took to Instagram to reflect on what she described as a “spiritual” moment—joining none other than Lana Del Rey on stage for a surprise duet of her hit song “Diet Pepsi.” The performance, which stunned fans during Del Rey’s U.K. and Ireland stadium tour stop on July 3, marked a major milestone in Rae’s blossoming music career.

“I will never forget this,” Rae wrote beneath a candid photo of her and Del Rey smiling under the stage lights. “Thank you so much to the most beautiful divine woman, heart, soul, mind…, Lana. I am the happiest and luckiest girl on earth. Being next to you is spiritual.”

The performance didn’t stop at “Diet Pepsi.” The duo also performed “57.5,” an unreleased track Del Rey previously debuted at Stagecoach in April. Fans at Wembley were treated to a uniquely intimate performance from two of pop’s most distinct voices—Rae, representing Gen Z stardom in full bloom, and Del Rey, the poetic legend guiding her into a new chapter.

Rae’s appearance at Wembley is just the latest highlight in what has become a breakout year. Her debut album, Addison, released in June, soared to No. 4 on the Billboard 200. The success of the album paved the way for The Addison Tour—her first-ever world tour—slated to kick off August 26 in Dublin.

The global tour will span cities including London, Paris, Austin, New York City, and Los Angeles, before concluding in Australia this November.

Sharing her joy with fans, Rae posted: “THE ADDISON TOUR IS REALLY REAL!!!!!! I can’t believe I get to sing and dance for you (and with you) this Fall. Are you coming?”

The tour also reflects Rae’s subtle rebranding: she’s now simply “Addison.” She confirmed the change during a lighthearted conversation with Quen Blackwell on her YouTube series, Feeding Starving Celebrities. “I just am tired of also signing Addison Rae. It’s really long. I just would rather sign ‘Addison,’” she laughed.

With her name lighting up marquees around the world and the stamp of approval from Lana Del Rey herself, Addison is officially stepping into her moment. A new voice for a new generation, she’s proving that pop stardom isn’t just a dream—it’s her reality.
