For over 25 years, Wanda J Knight built her career at the highest levels of enterprise technology sales, leading teams at a Fortune 20 company and mastering the art of strategy. For her, success has never been a coincidence—it has always been the outcome of research, planning, resilience, and the courage to get uncomfortable in order to think outside the box.
“Sales is high performance, and numbers don’t lie,” she says. “Male or female, you can be successful if you strategize correctly and put in the work.”
As a seasoned sales leader, Wanda has always believed in empowering her teams to run their business with autonomy, while standing ready to offer guidance and ideas when needed. Her philosophy is clear: leadership is about setting direction and giving people the confidence to execute.
An avid traveler, Wanda has visited more than 38 countries—each destination expanding her worldview and sharpening her appreciation for culture and connection. “Travel takes you out of your comfort zone,” she reflects, “but it also gives you a global view.”
Her passion for Formula 1 racing, first introduced to her by her father at age 15, perfectly mirrors her belief in strategy. From attending the Mexico City race last year to Silverstone this year, F1 represents not just speed but the calculated precision she values in both business and life.
Today, Wanda is channeling her strategic mindset into the growing digital creator and influencer market. Fashion, beauty, health, and wellness are the pillars of her new journey—a natural evolution for someone who has always stayed ahead of market shifts.
“I chose technology years ago because it was a growing market,” Wanda explains. “Now, I’m doing the same with digital influence. Social media is where marketing is expanding, and I always want to be where growth is happening.”
Her memberships with Vogue Club and Vogue Business Club have allowed her to immerse herself deeper into the fashion world. From attending Forces of Fashion at Vogue HQ in New York to Vogue World Paris, the Met Gala Viewing Party, and Halifax Fashion Week, Wanda seamlessly blends her love of fashion and travel into a powerful global presence.
Wanda’s taste is bold, refined, and eclectic. She gravitates toward designers like Victoria Beckham, Cynthia Rowley, Chanel, Simkai, Norma Kamali, and Vehla sunglasses, while in skincare she treasures Dr. Barbara Sturm. She embraces U Beauty and Summer Fridays in her beauty routine and trusts Arbonne and Cymbiotika for wellness—brands chosen not just for their quality, but for their commitment to clean and innovative products.
A year ago, Wanda wasn’t thinking about being a digital creative. But her instinct for recognizing opportunities and her love for fashion and travel gave her the confidence to step into this new world.
“I want my legacy to be that I was confident, bold, and executed at the highest level in technology and as an influencer. But beyond that, I want to be remembered as kind, supportive, and someone who paid it forward to those less fortunate.”
