Mahsan’s journey began with profound loss. Losing both her parents at a young age, she was thrust into a world where she had to carve her own path. She vividly remembers bidding her father goodnight, only to never see him again. Forced to emigrate to Europe as a child, she quickly realized that survival meant building her life independently. With no guidance and no safety net, Mahsan learned that neither alcohol nor drugs were an escape—only discipline, honesty, and a positive outlook could shape her destiny.

Defying the Odds

As she grew, Mahsan faced skepticism, laughter, and disbelief from those who doubted her dreams. Yet, she remained steadfast. Fluent in three languages and having lived across three continents, she designed her life with determination, without external support. In 2019, she took her boldest step yet—moving to California with her daughter, pursuing the dream of a new beginning on the West Coast.

For Mahsan, surfing became more than just a sport; it became a metaphor for life itself. From San Francisco to San Diego, she and her daughter embraced the waves daily, confronting challenges head-on. The ocean, much like life, presented storms, waves, and even lurking dangers—but through it all, she found beauty, adventure, and survival.

Taking the plunge into a new country with a child is a monumental risk, made even more significant after surviving cancer. But for Mahsan, the only thing that mattered was their unwavering desire to make it happen. And they did. Against all odds, she built a life in California, turning dreams into reality.

A Visionary Designer

Beyond the surf, Mahsan has another passion—architecture and design. She single-handedly transformed a 130-year-old, neglected European apartment into a breathtaking home. With no electricity, no water, and nothing but a vision, she orchestrated a complete renovation, designing every element herself. In just four months, across two countries, she built a masterpiece. Today, her expertise has materialized into her brand, Manifest Your Dream House with Mahsan—an ode to her belief that any dream can be realized with patience, persistence, and a refusal to surrender.

The Philosophy of a Survivor

Mahsan lives by a philosophy of resilience and kindness: “Never break a heart that is already broken. 1,000 other doors will open anyway. Never judge people—you never know 100% of their story.” It’s this spirit that has carried her through life’s storms, bringing her to the sunlit shores of California.
