Queen Corgi Shocks ‘The Masked Singer’ With Historic Self-Elimination, Revealed as Major Podcaster

“Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Night” delivers surprise wildcard, emotional moments, and an unprecedented exit

Cowabunga indeed. The Masked Singer delivered one of its most surprising episodes yet during season 14, episode 4 — aptly titled “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Night” — culminating in a never-before-seen self-elimination and a headline-making unmasking.

Celebrating 40 years of Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, and Michelangelo, the episode leaned fully into turtle-powered nostalgia. It featured special cameos from the beloved characters, hidden “sewer clues” throughout the night, and even a high-energy musical performance from panelist Ken Jeong, who continues to lean enthusiastically into his singing era this season.

Adding to the chaos, the competition welcomed a brand-new wildcard contestant following last week’s shake-up by Crane. While not a radioactive ninja turtle (sadly), the new arrival — 14 Karat Carrot — stayed perfectly on theme. The flashy veggie made a confident debut with a soulful rendition of Sam & Dave’s “Hold On, I’m Comin’,” instantly grabbing the panel’s attention.

Jeong, however, stole a moment of his own. The resident comedian appeared visibly emotional while making his guess for 14 Karat Carrot, only for it to be revealed as an elaborate fake-out designed to distract from his actual guess: Morgan Freeman. The panel — and viewers at home — collectively groaned. Classic Ken.

The night’s performances continued with a diverse and entertaining lineup:

  • Cat Witch charmed with Katy Perry’s “Teenage Dream”
  • Stingray delivered heart with Benson Boone’s “Momma Song”
  • Galaxy Girl powered through No Doubt’s “Just a Girl”
  • Queen Corgi brought the house down with Sia’s “Unstoppable”

But it was Queen Corgi who would ultimately redefine Masked Singer history.

When it came time for the final vote, the regal pup stunned everyone — including host Nick Cannon, the panel, fellow contestants, and the live audience — by announcing her decision to voluntarily exit the competition.

“This has never happened before at this stage,” Cannon told viewers, clearly caught off guard.

Addressing Cannon and panelists Rita Ora, Robin Thicke, and Ken Jeong, Queen Corgi explained her choice with grace and sincerity.
“I just feel my time has come,” she said. “I’ve learned so much about myself, but my time is up. There’s so many amazing contestants, and I want them to have the best experience, so I am bowing out.”

The panel was visibly stunned. Thicke even attempted to squeeze in one last round of guesses, but Cannon shut it down, stating simply, “I think she’s ready to go.”

Moments later, Queen Corgi unmasked herself — revealing Claudia Oshry, influencer, comedian, and host of the wildly popular podcast The Toast. The reveal marked a major moment for the season, especially since the judges were not permitted to lock in final guesses, meaning no one earned a point this week.

Interestingly, none of the panelists had previously guessed Oshry. Their past theories included names like Amy Schumer, Ali Wong, Whitney Cummings, Maya Rudolph, Aidy Bryant, Nikki Blonsky, and even Aidy Bryant — making the reveal all the more unexpected.

With a bold wildcard entrance, an unprecedented self-elimination, and a major podcaster stepping out from behind the mask, The Masked Singer’s “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Night” proved that even 14 seasons in, the show is still full of surprises — and not afraid to break its own rules.
